Depending upon the product ordered, your order is shipped via Federal Express or UPS Ground!
Depending upon the time of your order, it is shipped the same day as ordered or the next business day! However, there are certain times of the year that it may take an extra day or so to ship out. We do our best to get it out next business day..
Because we use only Fed Ex and UPS we DO NOT ship to PO Boxs or Military APO Addresses.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK

If a product is not in stock (a back to stock date will be posted for that product near "Add To Cart" button) we WILL NOT charge your Credit Card and we will E-Mail you to let you know it is out of stock and when we expect it in.

PRODUCTS WARRANTIES

Natural Solutions Environmental, Inc. will replace free of charge any product that is received defective within the first 30 days from date of order. After the 30 days from date of order, all products represented by Natural Solutions Environmental, Inc. are covered by each Manufacturer's Warranty on their particular product. Unless otherwise directed by the manufacturer, all warrantees are with the customer and the manufacturer of their particular product and warranty and repair claims are handled directly with each manufacturer. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made on any product except for the manufacturer,s warrantee which is carried by, and handled by, each manufacturer on their specific product. We encourage all consumers to ALWAYS fill out manufacturer warranty cards or register products as stated and directed by each manufacturer upon receipt of product to ensure warranty.

RETURN POLICY - 48 United States

All of our water products come with the Natural Solutions Environmental, Inc. 30-Day money back guarantee. This allows you to receive the product, inspect it, and read the instruction manual to see if this is what you need. Generally, ONCE A WATER PRODUCT IS USED, product is NOT RETURNABLE! If a product is found to be defective within the first 30 days it will be exchanged at no cost. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive and inspect it please contact us for a Registered Product Return Authorization (PRA) number. (NO returns are accepted without PRA number.) Products must be returned to us Via UPS or Federal Express, Freight Pre-Paid, within 30 days from the day it is received in new, un-used condition, with the original box, packing and instructions, we will promptly refund 100% of the product purchase price. We DO NOT accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions..

Customers should allow 30 days for a refund to appear on their credit card statements. If credit card used for purchase is no longer a valid credit card or past date ONLY store credit will be issued. If check was used for purchase then refund will be via check within 30 days.

If however returned merchandise is returned without items stated above, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. (Make sure original box, packing and instructions are returned) Also, for your safety, insure your return for the purchase price. All other items included with purchase such as free products or promotional items with a purchase must also be returned or their value will be deducted from the refund. Refund is given in the same form as the purchase.

No return can be accepted and will be refused without a Registered PRA number. You MUST obtain a registered PRA# directly from Natural Solutions Environmental, Inc. by phone.

RETURN POLICY - International thru Bongo International

When placing your International order via your bongo International address, please verify that the product you are ordering is what you want and correct. We DO NOT accept any return merchandise on International orders.

Only exception to this policy is if the merchandise you received was defective, in which case you may return the merchandise after receiving a PRA number from us within 30 days of the original shipping date and we will replace defective unit and ship it to your bongo International address FREE of charge. Consumer incurs the cost of returning defective merchandise to the United States. Any shipping charges paid are not refundable.
No returns are accepted after 30 days.
